Yes you need to call paypal straight away (or live chat/email) and tell them you wish to appeal and change the dispute reason to Not As Described.

You can still fix this. You just need oaypal to reopen the dispute and change it to SNAD.

Then pp will tell you to return, then you can box them.

Contact paypal , appeal, and change dispute reason to Not as described.

What if I tried returning items before and they were rejected, but I did not mention that in my claim? Can I try to sneak it in or should I just box again?
