I'm really just testing myself with electronics. I wanna try other items but nothing really comes to mind. I'm good with items like perfumes, deodorants, moisturisers, protein shakes/bars etc but I generally wanna improve my skill with coming up with excuses for non-electronic based items.

Going with a Razor headset and mouse. If that ends with a success going to a try a monitor. I've been researching a lot about SE'ing Laptops, I have been going through trust pilot to see how some companies handle customer service for faulty items.

You can try razer or logitech with s/n methods but they are hit or miss.
Sometimes they ask for POD and other times they ask for the item.

I did Logitech two weeks back with a double dip. I'm assuming Razer would be around the same method.

I would reccomend RAZER as i have got a x2 deathadder v2's for me and a friend.
However, recently they are just asking for the item back even though i have given well formulated reasons as to why this is not possible and if  there is other 'options'.
Is RAZER even working anymore?

do Razaar ask for proof via video?

Yeah it's pretty much the same method as them they asked for video proof (they might not) or say you can't phone is lost/broken then you can take pics.

Just sent proof of purchase with Razor. Already premised my query with a reason to avoid having to send a video of the item

Let us know how it goes tbh any SE is possible with the right methods + wording. I let go of SE's that are not worth the hassle for the money usually >£70. Also try out Belkins they are an easy money grab, TRUST ME! Have gotten same day replacement confirmation with a £40 product of theirs no return required, will experiment with more pricey products from their website soon.

Hey man hope your doing well and I have some useful information about an SE experiment I done with Razer. So what happened was I contacted support on 2 emails both different info completely w/ different vpn locations and addresses etc. However, they were both the same razer product i was Se'ing. On one email I said the mouse's cursor was unresponsive (which was a common problem for that model) and guess what they asked for the mouse (i'm guessing they think could salvage it or something). On the other email I said the product was broken and they just asked for POD at the end. Also this took a week to complete but i disregarded the RMA which requested a return.
Some tips for you ( i believe your doing S/N method) is to photoshop the support requests because the corrupted file method can be very lengthy.

I am doing the S/N. I gathered a few serial numbers and pictures from completed eBay sales. Made my own receipts from photoshopped amazon invoices from past orders. I also figured out how to double dip Logitech for a second replacement.

This means they won't require a return anymore, it's easier for both parties involved. Since you're doin s/n meth you gotta photoshop this picture, youtube is your best friend when it comes to photoshop tutorials. A little time invested can help you out on many more SE's to come.

Razer accepted my replacement of the deathader v2 with no receipt btw. If you make a good enough excuse your good to go, don't say it was a 'gift' as i'm sure they have heard that a million times by now.
