If I’ve managed to find a serial online, what should I do if they ask for proof of purchase? I took a invoice from Amazon and just replaced title+changed price+Random order number. Think that will be good?

just coming back to this, they have asked for a letter of denial from the retailer. friend of mine gave me his serial to use (amazon purchase) so i provided the SN, they then asked for PDF of purchase (which i gave although now looking at it probably shouldve just said it was a gift). Any tips on dealing with the denial letter?

Where did state the purchase was from? It's easy to get around the letter of denial letter. you can formulate your own one.

yeah i was going to say shouldnt be too hard to make one up just wondering if anyone had any templates or anything. ive already sent them the amazon purchase receipt so amazon was stated

find one on the forum or just state that they are not going to refund you in a letter and send it to them
