I just tried to buy something with invoice, and it and failed multiple times and amazon sent me an OFM mail talking about returns.
Do failed transactions count as return? I didn't return anything in the last months at all.

I contacted amazon and after long talk they said they will unblock my payment and note that the ofm was an error.
Are they bullshitting me or would a WIR be possible in several months if i do absolutely no returns until then @mothered?

BTW I didn't know that you could get an OFM because of a failed payment. It says something about damaged items, but obviously it has nothing to do with that as it was sent at the same time as the payment was rejected and banned
