I received my 4090 a few days ago. Was thinking of doing a wrong item received. I have this electric wine opener that I got as a gift a while back and it was purchased on amazon. Its about the same size as the 4090 box but it is a little lighter. Will this work? Can you give me some advice

WIR works if you receive the items from the same warehouse, order at close dates (within a day of each other), and the item weights are within 120g of each other.

Theres no way for you to know where its gonna ship from though. I already put wrong item received and the system just created a label and told me to send the item back. But it says send the card back i guess ill just send this electric wine opener set and wait to see what happens. They weigh about the same and it was bought from amazon some time ago but i never opened it. The boxes are about the same size too.

Amazon specifically states the location and the warehouse where the item ships from.

Two items of similar category from same AMZ warehouse with same weight bought on same day - possible to get mixed up.
Two items of wildly different category with different weights from Amazon website from different sellers bought at different times - impossible to get mixed up.

Best thing to do is to plan your SE carefully from start to finish. That way you can use the appropriate method. WIR and various other methods has worked for Amazon 4090 in the past.

Best thing to do is to plan your SE carefully from start to finish. That way you can use the appropriate method. WIR and various other methods has worked for Amazon 4090 in the past.

Here’s hoping it worked, after I did wrong item received they just sent ne an email and a label saying return the wrong item you received looks like the process is automatic so as long as its not flagged for inspection it may work

Awesome dude. Hope I have success too. What did you buy to send in its place? Let me guess was it a psu? What I noticed is mine weighed a little less than the item but on the return label it has the same weight as what was received. And so far I only got an approval on the return request for wrong item and it simply says return the wrong item you received. Im hoping itll be an automatic process since im a good account that never did this before.
