I have been dealing with an ongoing issue with Amazon.de regarding a refund of my order. I returned(FTID) the items almost a year ago, but I have not received a refund or a satisfactory explanation for the denial of my refund back then, so I started talking to them again now which is almost a year later. Amazon seems like they never received the package so the method worked, however something else seems to be blocking this process. Let me explain further.
Amazon sent me an email stating that the Apple devices from my order had not been received at their returns center, and therefore, they could not process or issue a refund. I responded by expressing my concern and dissatisfaction with their handling of the situation, and I requested that my case be escalated to a supervisor or a manager. I mentioned that I had been in communication with my lawyer and that we were prepared to initiate legal proceedings if necessary which I hoped would increase my change to push the issue at least a little bit closer to a supervisor at Amazon..
In my email response to Amazon, I highlighted the following points:
1. Amazon is the owner of the return label, and I am unable to communicate with DHL directly regarding the package status.
2. The prolonged delay in processing my refund is unacceptable, as I returned the items nearly a year ago and still have not received the funds I am owed.
3. I am currently without both the items and the funds I paid for them.
4. According to German regulations, customers have the right to a refund after returning items via a prepaid return label.
I requested that Amazon provide the exact term of use or term of service that applies to this denial and the specific German or European law that they are relying on for this decision.
However, Amazon's response to my email was unhelpful and reiterated that they could not offer additional insight on the matter. I am now seeking advice from others who may have experienced similar situations or can provide guidance on how to resolve this issue.
I was thinking, was there some error I have done, or are there any ideas of what I could do right now to further proceed with this issue?
Thank you for the help.
wow. seems painful

Yeah, from my sources the FTID on Amazon.de is kind of patched, because sometimes it works, sometimes it's not, it depends on your account credibility and etc.
Hello Everyone,
If I were to initiate a chargeback, I wonder how that might affect my ability to conduct business with the relevant bank account in the future.
My concern is that any subsequent issues might lead to a less cordial relationship, particularly if I were to continue doing business with a large entity like Amazon following the chargeback.
Can anyone shed some light on this situation?
Would they still be open to future transactions despite a chargeback incident?
Thanks in advance for your insights.

Yeah, don't worry about chargeback, I know some people have tons of them for Amazon because they even did legit returns or just know that 90 % of chargeback you can win because Amazon responds with some copy paste texts and the banks trust you more then Amazon. I have chargeback still in progress and don't have any problems using Revolut bank, this is a normal thing, for example: you buy from online store locally and get scammed, so you can open a chargeback for that.
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.
I don't answer PM.
