2. Tell them it has stopped working e.g certain keys have stopped working ect.
3. They will tell you to contact the place were you purchased it from tell them you have and they will go through troubleshooting.
4. They will ask for P.O.P make a receipt using the forum.
5. If all goes well they should ask you for your shipping info
