I think it depends on the rep and also if you do a bunch of claims or not. My friend was fine up until their 4th claim, and then faced some resistance.

Forgot to mention, it's always a fresh account with new infos.
I'm on my 6th claim with the same address.
I ordered a 4k couch, it'll arrive on Wednesday, I will be claiming damaged again, we'll see.

The couch has been delayed, next delivery date is on the 22.

The couch has been delayed. In between that, I just hit a 800$ desk.
Order arrived yesterday (Friday), did some photoshop to show wood split inside the panels etc.
Without even talking to customer service, I was offered a replacement.
In the email confirming the replacement, it mentions to dispose of the item.
I'll be returning the replacement to get my return.
The couch is set to arrived on the 22.

Delay on my order, too. It's not furniture so I'll be claiming it just doesn't function. A replacement would be annoying to ship back, but if I can pull off a refund in any form, I'll take it. USD 550ish w/ tax.
