Why not DNA both?
To make it more legitimate, that was what I was thinking.

Also, is there a way to avoid PR and can they legitimately ask for it? If there is a DNA then it is their issue right? I do not have to go through the pain for Amazon's mistake right?
I can do that?

Amazon will remain adamant with their request for a PR, hence the claim will not move forward until the report Is filed.

It's not about who's at fault.
Where applicable, It's company protocol to obtain a PR.

and SEing an iphone does come with risk of going through the pain of obtaining a PR and maybe it might fail.
What do you recommend I should do?

Just file it online at the berlin police office, you can select other districts or unknown location there as well. There's less than 0% chance they'll ever follow up on it.

Well, I am on the edge now about which method to use for the SE.
Also, will I be able to use the phone if I DNA it using the PR?

Can I do this if I am not resident of germany ? Amazon.de ships to different countries.

With amazon prepare for a PR. Better safe than sorry. As for the method, find out if there will be an OTP on delivery. If yes you can't DNA and you should probably go with something different like WIR.

You have to sell it somehow anonymously
Thank you for your reply. Could you please explain more?
It would appreciate it.
Thanks
The IMEI from the iPhone will be blocked, so you wont be able to use the phone properly.
I would definitely sell the iPhone on the grey market anonymously. Dont use your real name, fake the invoice and you are good to go.
As well I believe that Amazon DE will ask for a PR, they acting a bit different when it comes to Apple products.
AirPods is a different story
Are other companies so agressive with blocking the IMEI on iphones ? Does amazon block it on macs and ipads too ?
