Ordered 6 items, 5 hoodies and a rucksack on H&M order value came to around £120 with a discount code, delivered by evri to a evri parcelshop collection station in a cornershop, was planning on evri lit but thought I'd try the livechat first, went on and just said that out of the entire order I only recieved 1 hoodie, they said they'd review the case and refunded me for everything I claimed missing within 5m of opening the chat as well as giving a discount code for my inconvenience. One of the easiest refunds I've done, didn't think EB would work due to package size but as it was collection couldn't do DNA and it went fine. In the UK btw

all hoodies were the same weight the bag weighed slightly more

partial refund, they refunded everything except the one hoodie which I said I received
