Hi all, it’s been a while since I’ve been able to contribute but hope everyone is still pumping out orders

Here is the item I am looking to SE

Apple 2023 MacBook Pro Laptop M2 Max chip with 12-core CPU and 38-core GPU: 16.2-inch
Liquid Retina DR Display, 32GB Unified Memory, 1TB SSD Storage. It weights about 4.73 pounds

The account this will be excuted on is 5+ years old with no SE’s on it yet. I ordered 3 items in the order and two of them have arrived in a separate shipment, the laptop is coming by itself and will require a dignities upon arrival. My current plan is using dry ice to box and return the item. I think this will go smoothly based on account history. Anyone have thoughts or advice, perhaps an easier route for this item?

Update they dropped it off with no signature I will be opting for a DNA seeing as the account is in good standing. Assuming a PR will be required given the value of the item. Will keep everyone updated. Advice is always welcomed

They requested a PR as assumed. Have it filed online just awaiting a response from them to close out the case and then it’s looking great.

Amazons chat  responded with “it shows delivered and the weight checks out so we are going to need a PR“ seems pretty standard nowadays for high value items….
