I didn't pay attention and created an order as a guest on HP.NL (printer worth 430€).
In the meantime, I created an account and contacted HP service but they cannot link my "guest" order to my created account.
But I do have an order/tracking number. It just arrived home.
Is it possible to make a refund with which method? Otherwise, I request a classic return and I get reimbursed and I order elsewhere.

None of it makes a difference. You got a verification email after placing your order and so they can still help you with your SE.
The forum is going downhill.
