For those who read Mothered's blog, you definitely came across an article named "Taking control of the SE"
In summary, it basically states that you should be the one calling the shots in a polite manner of course. Such as telling the rep that you wish
them to process the claim asap.
From a psychological standpoint, how do you guys think assuming authority helps you in your SE process?
*in an attempt to become a better SE'er myself I will be going thru Mothered's blog and other sources, asking questions and giving my opinions so others like me can have an open conversation about SE and SE methods in general in order to improve, there will be more similar posts after this one*
