Only tech item I can think of that's very easy right now is Phillips for a toothbrush (sonicare 9000) you need a picture of one with the serial number visible then go on live chat and say it won't charge and go through their troubleshooting. They will then offer you an advanced replacement and ship you one. You just never ship your supposed one back and they never ask you to ship it since they don't keep track of them. It's a nice one to do since you don't need to drop any money and it is a nice toothbrush.

You can contact them the same night it arrived asking where your order is. They may send you the delivery picture but say you don't recognize it and they should refund you.

I also received mine but he didn’t make me sign but did ask my surname and I panicked and did say my actual surname on the order.  he didn’t take a picture either just says left at residential and  received by - surname.

Will that be an issue?

I don't think it will be a problem. It's great there was no picture as well. Go for it.

You must have been very lucky as they have initiated a case specialist to investigate (5days) :/

Dont worry, I also got an email saying a case specialist was assigned to my case. It didn't say anything about 5 days though.

Ask them why you need a police report. The delivery company not successfully delivering your package is not a police matter and the police might not even give you a case number. If they are adamant on the report, you can do one.

Done a couple at different addresses. Takes 4 or 5 days. They say they'll chase up evri, to check with neighbours, and then refund whilst on chat on the last day..

Starting SE this morning. Left outside door in an apartment building, only pic of it at the doorstep.

Will let you know mine goes - one thought with yours is whether they'll leave parcels as large as luggage outside unattended?
