[RoyalRefunding]

Hello,
I plan on SEing an Apple Watch from Amazon.it or .de and I will most probably use EB.. the problem is that if they request a PR I will not be able to provide it due to the fact that I live in a balkan country and such thing does not exist.
They will send me to the courier company and let them start the investigation.
Any opinions on how can I avoid the PR or how can I make this work? If you got any other sites that don't require PR and deliver to the balkans let me know.

Tell that to Amazon.

Which country in the balkans does not have police nor file such reports?
