How do you DNA amazon? 06-09-2022, 10:48 PM

Given the fact they take a photo of the item once it's delivered on the doorstep, how can you claim DNA without them knowing instantly that you're trying to pull one over on them? Even if you say it's not your doorstep, there's 100s of other images of my doorstep Amazon has taken for other deliveries. Wouldn't they be able to prove it from that? I've claimed EB or partial EB so many times, but I've never tried DNA, so I'd like to have a better understanding before I do.

Even if they have a picture of the item sitting on your step, it doesn't mean it made it inside your house. You could argue that the driver could have taken the picture then taken the item back and kept it for himself, etc. The point is that they left the package outside, unattended, and it wasn't handed to anyone. So they are responsible for that

Is there any price range where Amazon might ask for a PR or be hesitant on a DNA claim? Where abouts do they start wanting more effort? Thinking to DNA something $400ish
