See if you can organise a redelivery and if they ring your flat to collect, ask them to leave in the lobby and you will come down to collect shortly as you’re currently on a meeting

Currently doing a DNA with Nike myself but was delivered via UPS as it was a pair of customs they ship from Vietnam, they haven’t taken any signature or pictures but they have just opened investigation so will update as to what I hear back to see if it helps in yours in how they have handled.

Unfortunately Nike doesn’t allow for it to be reorganised for a different day I have to collect it I could maybe collect and return and order again?
