that’s what I can’t understand if you do multiple SE on amazon for example and they ask PR everytime, how can you SE without changing the credentials between each order ?

Well, I know that my city police department says they won't investigate any police reports under $500, it is only for filing purposes. So theoretically, you could fake the police report and no one would know.,
