Hi All,

Have ordered a pair of shoes from Nike for around £100 and was wondering what the best choice would be ? Im in flats and its being shipped with DPD. Parcels do also get stolen on occasion.

If I go for DNA what's the best way about it ?

So far not 100% if it's a signature or picture, but nothing has been mentioned in the delivery email, usually they just buzz and then leave parcels on top of the post communal letterbox.

EDIT: looking at one previous delivery DPD took a picture of a parcel on top of the mail box that's shared with 20+ flats.

They can take 100 photos of every angle, It still doesn't change the fact that the package was left unattended for anyone to grab.

Great thanks, I'll go with DNA then. Is there anything I need to specifically say to Nike? Or just a case of saying: "I needed this item for something on the weekend and doesn't seem to be here? checked with neighbors and no sign of my parcel"

@mothered bad news they have claimed i was not in and went to the near post office for collection, is there any hope? Do i reorganize?
