@mothered no they're gen 3 and i got a email saying 'On the day of delivery, we will email you a one-time password to read to the driver for delivery. '. Thank you for any help

Did you get that email and give that code to the driver? If not, use that as your point of contention. If you did, and you gave the driver that OTP, I'm not too sure you can do a DNA.

It'll be hard to go the DNA route. Next best option would likely be MEB. However be warned depending on your location you may have to file a PR and wait an frustratingly long amount of time before a refund gets processed

Manufacturer empty box. You have the box the item is enclosed in, as well as another box for shipping it obviously. MEB means item inside the box for the item itself is missing.

I am not an expert in this area, I have heard that chat bot sometimes automatically process refunds for low value items, so you would want to research how that can be done. Otherwise, I would call. The live chat reps are dumber than a rock.
