Hello, does anybody have same issue, when you open live chat in amazon.DE, and theres only German reps, and no matter how much you re-join theres still no sight of english reps, anybody? it's just so tiring and annoying.

Right. Live chat is easiest way to get refund, so when german reps tells you to contact them via email, it becomes harder to get refund.

Change language on website to English and then try to contact rep. It should connect you to the German rep but speaking in English.

Already have done that. does not seem to work. Today ALL day was german reps.

Maybe just try using a translator if there are still no english reps.

How about contacting them by phone?

A lot more can be said and done over a phone conversation.

German reps are german reps, Indian reps are indian, thus i have bigger chance with indian ones. + i dont want to risk chat refund to turn into email refund which is a lot harder to get
