The SN come from a second hand website in my country. But the reason that (for the moment) it seems dead is that I did 3 different claims with every proofs they asked me (video with ticket number, real unused pop,.. ) and then few hours after they come back to me saying that the SN is already registered elsewhere. Seeing that someone else got that problem too at the same time makes me think they are on guard.
I never had this problem before when I spammed logitech and then,  3 times in a row the same answer mhhhhhh that’s fishy.

It seems they're thoroughly checking the serial number history, hence they've Identified Its previous/current owners.
