NIKE PATCHED? UPDATE #1
Me and a big group of people recently cant get any r3funds with nike, they act like npcs with their answers and say they cant do anything.
I also opened a new investigation trough phone, but some agents tell me the 1st investigation is denied unapealable, without stating theres 1 ongoing
other agents say theres an ongoing investigation and i have to wait.

Also one of the excuses i get is "The package was signed saying everything was alrgith"
And even after i explain it was not my signature and they didnt take time to check who signed it.
They dont care and say unapealable blabla bla indian npc talk

NIKE just seems extremely hard now.
Any other european brands that are not asos, about you etc, something on the low.
UPDATE
I got the refund after 3 weeks of insisting 5+ tickets per day.
I believe the key for your success is getting a good nike agent that is willingly to help you.
You have to let them know you know that you are in your right to ask for a new investigation to take place, since the senior team had a final decisions regarding the investigation that was "poorly" done.
And since ur a loyal nike customer, and you are in your right to feel like there must been an error they should re-open the investigation, or start a new one.
After this you just gotta hope they refund you!

Since, there are tutorials on YouTube nowadays on how to bang refunds and other forums that anyone can access. Nike has been reinforcing their systems and procedures - We are on 2023, almost 3 years have passed. There are hell of factors that can obstruct you from getting a refund, based on your concern. l suggest do collection instead of delivery to your door, as they have the chance to make you sing for high-value order ($300-500+ depending on your country). Once you signed they have a form of excuse as to say that the parcel was delivered in good conditions, with goods within scanned correctly, and then you're basically fucked - As they will deny with their soul a refund in that case. Ensure your parcel is delivered to corner shops instead of international package shipping service points or UPS Access Point locations. As they will require you to show proof of identity unless you placed the order with your own identity details, then doesn't matter. l say this because if it is corner shops the courier service will most likely be one that only requires you to show a QR code or reference number, instead of a tracing number and ID like UPS requires for collecting your parcel.

Not to miss the investigation part, it mainly depends on what you say. Since you use the EB method you have to implement good psychology to convince and deceive the agent into believing the EB. Lines such as 'Should l be liable for mistakes on Nike's end, it is ridiculous to believe as l have no involvement in the process of an order's journey', 'To my SHOCKING surprise the items l expected was not what the parcel contained. l was blown away by such unprecedented outcome, seriously (name of agent)' - The sauce is to act genuine, never treat the agent with respect and use reverse psychology on them. Above of all never mention refund on the live chat, just sounds pressuring and you can alert them. Also, refunds can be denied depending on the amount of orders you have on your order history. Nike can see your order history and chats and based on that data they can make decisions to deny. So, after 2 or potentially 3 EB is best to get rid of that account. Use descending order value for consequent purchases in the same account. So, as you purchase again in the same account make sure your order value ($) is less than the previous one by at least $75 - 100. There could be other points to mention that could play a big role, but it is all attached to your (depending) situation. So the time and day you get in touch with a Nike agent is also a prominent variable. Is best to contact before the live chat closes as agents are exhausted and all they are thinking is 'time to go home' so they become sluggish, certainly the probabilities for getting a refund without an investigation being initiated are higher, than when you contact them in the morning when they are active and fresh. Is all psychology ladies and gentlemen. Hope this helps.

If you told them to leave it somewhere you relieve them of any responsibility if the package gets lost.
The forum is going downhill.

I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day. I have no incentive to contribute publicly and reward the undeserving. If you feel the same and would like to discuss privately, please reach out.

They dont care and say unapealable blabla bla indian npc talk
Did you take It further by (for example) requesting evidence of the signature from the carrier's manifest, and/or escalating the claim to a senior level?

If not, then how do you expect the SE to succeed without any action on your part?

They've become a little more difficult nowadays.

Did you experience any major complications?

I did request proof of the signature, they wont send u anything they just send the copy paste text saying they cant do anything and its a final decision, regarding the escalation, i was always told the decision came from the senior team so i was not sure who to escalate it to. but once i contacted trough phone i believe a new one was started.
