Sounds good, will be interesting to follow this, have been debating a UPS scan on one.

Apple checks sealed box returns, so the sealed box method Is out of the question.

It can be DNA'd, however (at times) Apple tells you to deal directly with the carrier and tend to remain firm. Alternatively, you have the wrong Item received method available.

I was considering using a service that has access to the couriers panel to mark the tracking as either RTS or delivered etc. not a fan of DNA, so I won’t be implementing it into my SE’s.

Wrong item method:

Order your first item that you want to SE
Order your second (same weight) to a different address with different name/card

Claim you recieved the second item instead of the first and return the second item on the original account

@mothered So talked so customer service and the first associate from sales went right along and put in my refund request once they saw the Damaged + RTS. also gave me a free accessories . But now my only worry is will the people she sent the request to give me a hard time or am i good at this point she said as long as it goes through ill get the refund in 5 days . If anything got some new headphones for free lol.

what method did you do? what is RTS? did you do damaged boxed method?

First time trying apple so I don't know all of their protocol . Was just worried that they'd look more into it or something .

Wicked, I’m glad this has gone well! I think I shall also be doing RTS on another UK site.

Do you know if there are any implications on the use of the laptop, they cannot “block” it since its not connecting to cellular, but maybe it could restrict login with Apple ID etc? I'm not sure.
