mothered yeah it's definitely not a small buisness, I specified that it was one other than amazon to explain the courier situation. What do you think is the best way to get the refund in this situation?

mothered I think it's stalled because the store has opened a report to the courier, who called me but didn't answer. What should I do?

Get In contact with the company and ask where your claim stands.
The next course of action will be based on their reply.

mothered I received an email from amazon stating that they have investigated thoroughly and spoken to the courier who delivered the package, and that they believe the package was delivered to the correct address. Now they need a police report, what should I do?

A PR Is only required to move forward with the claim, so It's fine to go ahead and file It.
