I notice a couple of refund services have a refund time 3-5 days. I am wondering what methods are being used for 3-5 days. I assuming DNA or didn't receive order. Would love to get opinion this. There is no way with EB or am I am wrong?

Not much really. Just the refund time item limit and amount. Some retail takes longer.

Ive had DNAs take like a couple hours and empty boxes take weeks. i think it depends on the rep and order total more than anything.
