Hey all, novice SE'er here. This is my 3rd and 4th SE, hitting Abercrombie and Fitch and Dicks. A&F is a 100$ package: 1 pant, 3 shirts and Dicks is a 55$ package: 1 pants. Just found out both carriers used will take photos of the package delivered. I read @mothered 's blog post on how to work with carrier photos but I am in a unique spot as the doorstep is highly unique owing to the structure of it, not statues or accessories. How do I go about selling the DNA? Planning on speaking on the phone with reps as I'm decent on extemporaneous speaking and I've heard on the phone may get faster results, but still unclear on how I can proceed with DNA if there are identifiable photos. Do I just keep stressing I personally never received the package and that there are no cameras? All advice is appreciated or experience with these two companies.

In that case, photographic evidence Is useless.

They can take 100 photos of every angle, and It still won't change the fact that the package was left unattended, hence you didn't personally receive It.

On the grounds they're liable for lost shipments, they're responsible for dumping It on your doorstep. Photos are useless - they (obviously) do not ensure person-to-person deliveries.
