good excuse ? #1
i bought an item from amazon thus i want to return it but "legitimately" as it happens to show certain issues & malfunctions after two months of regular use .

30 returnable period "window" closed , in amazon policy there is a state were it says this exactly :
if you return " Items in original condition as received past the return window you will receive 80% of the item's price " which i don't mind .

Problem : when ever contacting amazon customer service to proceed the return i get this type of response :
1- " sorry sir it seem's like you are past the return window , you should've contacted us earlier "
2- " oh really and malfunction/damage started to show up now ? , you should've contacted us earlier "
3- " oh i'm very sorry for the inconvenience but your request cannot be done as it requires higher authority than me , i'll contact you later "

NOTICE : i tried to legitimate return in the regular return period but their amazon logistics agent did not arrive to take the product , i found this out upon coming back to my country but unfortunately was way after the return window . even though i seem get the same responses i mentioned .

Ridiculous replies to say the least. Then again, It's expected from Amazon's pea-brain reps.

Is the Item not under warranty?

Swaps would work depending on dollar amount, if SN are not recorded.

What do you mean exactly by ''bad vibes''?

I would contact Amazon support once you brought it on different account. Tell it’s defective and ask them if they need pictures. Ask them to issue you the label. SR tends to be higher.

It's not covered by a manufacturer's warranty after only 2 months of purchase?
