I just SE’d some AirPod pros with EB method.
I originally called and they said the weight matched and it was delivered so I had to file a PR, I was fine with this however I thought I would try in the live chat and see if I had any luck. I done this and after I selected the parcel being empty selection, they said I would be refunded before I was connected to a real life agent.

Since I got 2 different answers I’m not sure wheat the outcome would be, can you help/offer any advice?

Did live chat provide a date of when the refund will be processed and/or cleared Into your account?

I called them again and asked the status they told me I would be issued a refund in 5-7 days and got an email confirming this.

is it normal when nike aproves ur refund but wont send u an email confirming the refund?
I had an ongoing invistigation and opened chat saying i really needed the money back
The guy said the investigation said ur would be getting your refund
U will see it in 2-9 days after ur bank aproves.
Been 2h aint get a confirmation email about the ref
I checked and its the right email everything is right

It's only 2 hours. Give It a little more time and you should receive confirmation.

Be sure to keep all communications about the refund approval.

I had the same with adidas, the email takes some time to come but if you have a screenshot of what the rep said then you are good to go.

I’m currently SE’ing two packages, one from asos with 5 items worth £105, combined over 120g (probably totalling 600-900g) although certain items will be under 120.

As well as a jacket from zara which was £170 and deffo over 120g, (if I had to estimate 800g).

What would be the best methods for these two? I paid for both using PayPal.

Hi mothered, I already posted a thread about this but am getting closer to the return date I would greatly appreciate any help you can give, the package was from New balance, no signature or OTP was provided, went through their whole process and after they closed the UPS trace investigation statting it was delivered to my home and keep telling me to talk to UPS not them. What do I do in this case/
