When perfoming the SN method, when asked for the invoice as a proof of purchase of the product do you use your own details or you fake them?

Just to confirm if I do have to sign for it I’ll simply tell them someone that wasn’t me signed for it?

However if I don’t sign for it/it gets left outside then I simply say it hasn’t arrived?

Just fake sign It and leave It at that.

If they decline your claim due to signature confirmation, that's when you'll say you didn't sign nor receive the package.

Whatever the case may be with the delivery, you didn't receive It - that's the purpose of the DNA.

I have a question about SE does Amazon track by address or just accounts. I have used new Amazon account to get refunds. Afraid they will catch on to me.

I just SE’d some AirPod pros with EB method.
I originally called and they said the weight matched and it was delivered so I had to file a PR, I was fine with this however I thought I would try in the live chat and see if I had any luck. I done this and after I selected the parcel being empty selection, they said I would be refunded before I was connected to a real life agent.

Since I got 2 different answers I’m not sure wheat the outcome would be, can you help/offer any advice?

I just tried to do a DNA on shoes, and i didnt try to act suscpect so i said
"Package was supposed to be dropped at the coffe shop but they told me there was no package"
They said for me to wait till tomorrow i said ok
My plan for tomorrow is to tell them "I went there today and the girl who received the package said someone else already took it"
Idk if this way it will trigger some unwanted events with them saying its not their fault or something, or even them contacting the place to confirm stuff.
Or if i should just say "They said they still didnt receive any package from anyone"
At the end of it all i didnt receive it personally in hands from the company and there was a 3rd party involved for me to get it. Ig its easy for the package to be stolen?
Pls reply when u can i gotta do it tomorrow

Hi,

I ordered a keyboard from Amazon hoping to do the empty box method. They sent the package just in the box that the keyboard is in with a shipping label on the side. Is it possible to do the empty box method? Or what method is recommended in a situation like this where there is no amazon box just product box?

Did live chat provide a date of when the refund will be processed and/or cleared Into your account?
