Howdy folks!
Used the search function, but haven't seen any definitive vouches one way or another, so wanted to reach out here before placing an order just to see if anyone had any firsthand experiences to share.
I am looking to potentially SE an order with Versace directly through their website/online shop, as they have inventory there that other major retailers do not. (I know Blooms/Saks/Nords/Neiman all have various stock of this designer, but the items I am interested in are not sold by any of them.)
Their Terms of Service/FAQ/website do not appear to mention anything indicating they are not liable for lost/stolen packages - and their TOS are very thorough and detailed, so I would think they would definitely spell that out if it was the case. (I have posted the portion of their TOS that mentions delivery/failure to receive items below, in case anyone wants to read them.)
In one portion they domention that it is up to the buyer to inspect the package at time of delivery to ensure it isn't damaged/incorrect, but also states if the problem isn't discovered until after delivery, you can follow the return policy. They state they use FedEx for US orders, and do not indicate if a signature is needed one way or another - there is no mention at all about signatures.
I was hoping to check here and see if anyone has attempted to DNA/PEB them in the past, and what the outcome was/order amount was if so.
I will likely attempt it regardless if I don't hear anything here, but I would hate to waste my time if they are a major hassle/not doable. I have never seen a vouch for them before anywhere, and you'd think larger/well-known designers would be at least semi-frequent hits amongst SE'rs, so I'm curious if there is a reason why, or if they just aren't a common target.
Thanks in advance!
