Alright, I did beat up my box a bit and sent them pictures(with small visible leak of perfume) and told them that the rep I was talking to after receiving my package told me that they will handle everything. Didn't get informed about obligation to prepare any damage report etc to carrier, so I used that against them.
Now they replied with "your situation is under an investigation, when we receive any updates we will comeback to you with an answer". I'm really curious what happens next.

It's arriving later today, but I've used packstation* shipping method. Does it decrease chances of SE's success?
How "hard" should I break my bottle? Shall I try to make a small damage just to make it "look" like it could've leaked in transit, or break it "more"?
Also, is there a way in which I could manipulate reps to avoid sending them back box of perfumes? Any ideas?
*packstation is a machine where you can pick up packages 24/7 using phone number and unique code
just a normal partial works aswell, did it a while ago.
No need for all the extra work.

That's pretty recent.
Unless It was approved by a brain-dead rep, there's no reason why It shouldn't currently work.
Friend of mine did it 2 weeks ago, i think if it's below a certain amount they just don't care.
Note: mine was over $100
