2. Around one year old
3. Same address as other accounts.
4. First SE failed, so i paid someone else to do it. (successful but still got the email)
5. Approximately 3 weeks, unsure as the account was closed
4- "you used the missing item method i suppose , question is " did you preform the same method in a row even if it was on multiple account " ? in another words did you spam the "missing item method" ?
would be also helpful if you informed me of the address you entered is it exactly the same address in all of your multiple account's or did you do a little bit of tweeking here and there and by this i mean not letting the same exact address in any of your multiple accounts .
yea for all of the previous SE i did i spammed the partial missing method. But most of the accounts i tweaked the address slightly. I changed street to st or str.
i see , you have to know that upon suspecting an "address" that is may be shared with multiple account's even if you did your little tweeks a "hidden" main profile is created for all the products you've ordered in total with all it's details so no matter how much new account's are created once the system suspects the account is yours automatically your new orders on that new account will be added to the hidden profile , so based on that you receive a mail which indicated the following in your post :
"you continued to consistently request refunds for a large number of your orders " refers to all the orders you attempted to refund in that registered profile .
"due to missing items" refers to all the time you continuously claim item was missing .
so ofcourse people may see this as a wrong message without knowing what previously was stated while it's very true what you've received on a machine level .
1- you may try to circumvent a little bit by saying this is a wrong closure , there is no way i did what was stated in the message .
"but after some digging from the amazon employee on why did you receive such a wrong message he will simply find out that everything is in the right place and the closure will remain"
2- by receiving the refund approval message with nothing that states that your refund is canceled you may receive your refund but you have to stay adamant with their customer service also try to state or act the following :
"that you are in a total understand by knowing your account is in a closure state duo to a mistake that's made but the refund was "approved" as after investigation you were told that refund is processed so you may see the account closure problem and try to solve it later but after receiving your money back which is again "approved request" since you need it ASAP for a sudden circumstances that's completely out of your hand " .
