New account, orders keep getting cancelled.

How do you create your accounts? Do you use clean proxies or just a VPN? This can also be an issue. Another thing you could try is adding other items between $10-20 for the first purchase and waiting a few days.

If this also gets blocked, I would suggest switching to a browser.

For the browser, I recommend Dolphin Anty. With that, you can create up to 10 free profiles with unique fingerprints, user agents, and so on. Please let me know if you need more details about it.

Virtual Machine + Dedicated IP from NordVpn or anywhere else, new simcard blah blah blah...never had any issues, have 6 SE's with amazon, never had trouble.

It may well be the case, but It's hard to say for sure.

It'd have to be tested on an account by performing a process of elimination of all details until the Issue Is pinpointed.

Been doing a process of elimination. Tried matching the info to exact address on the account and phone number plus same address to last delivery. It didn’t even do a pending on it. It was locked 4 minutes flat to the second. While my other card vcc processed the order using the same thing with variation in address and phone number. I am not sure if I am missing any components in the process of elimination I should try? @mothered

yeah told them that was my first refund on this account.... still it didn't work. I have the feeling that uber eats can identify my phone even if i'm ordering from a safe navigator

Try using different VPN, I had luck using some cheap or unknown VPN's then using the one's that all world knows about.

they keep saying they can't grant me a refund (dont have access to the account anymore cant say the exact phrase), after a lot of spam they just ignore me in the chat. Next time i'm gonna go for Deliveroo last time i hit them it went smoothly.
