So, since pets food has been rising lately (what isn't tho) i'm considering SE'ing some Kg's (minimum 10 ig)

While searching on AZ i noticed this info:

This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund.

Considering this, would just saying the bag came ripped/with holes be sufficient for them to issue a replacement or refund?

Depending on the cost of the order, you can get an instant refund. Just use the amazon chat bot and it will refund you instantly. I don't know what the order limit is, but assuming it's under 100 and you havent done any SE on that account you can get an instand refund. I would DNA then go to the chatbot and select the 'item shows delivered but not recieved' option. It'll tell you to wait 48 hours and if you still havent recieved it then go back to the chat bot and it will instantly refund you.

Companies are pretty quick to issue refunds on food items to mitigate the risk of lawsuits. You could say it was ripped and the food was covered in mold or bugs or something. Even just "I found a roach in the food" should suffice. It will work even better with a photo.

Refunds are available but the long wait is about a game basketball stars and make sure you can prove it wasn't your fault.
