MEB for a pen? #1
Would looking to SE a LX fountain pen. I wanted to use the method MEB. The case of the pen is clearly visible, but the pen itself, which is inside the case is not. Is this suitable for MEB?

Thanks for that.

I've never heard of the company but In terms of the pen, 21 grams Is textbook EB/MEB material. I'm Interested to read how the SE goes against this company, so I'll periodically check back for the latest developments.

Just checking, should i tell them the pen was missing from the box or the case I received it in?

Only SE the pen Itself.

Tell them that upon opening the box, the pen was missing.

I told them that the pen was missing not specifically from the case, and was asked to confirm that I received an empty box and they I need to also confirm my address so that they can send a replacement. Should I go ahead with the meb or just tell them it was an eb.

Changing your story may ruin the SE, so given they've offered a replacement, stick to that approach.

Sorry, a detail that I left out is that I have not yet mentioned that the pen was not in the case, just stating that I did not receive the pen, so they have assumed that I have received neither.

Pretty sure that it is Australian based after having a look at their website.
