In the UK, Sony use non-geographical postcodes for their pre-paid return labels, how would I go about FTID'ing them?

Opt for a traditional method.

However, I have heard some success with the method when doing it to Sony, apparently if done correctly, they investigate the "Lost PS5" that you sent for repair, and after a bit they send a replacement out. It's either Insider assistance, or brain-dead personnel handling the shipment.
