Thanks.

Are there any distinct markings that can conclusively Identify the house as yours In the photo?

No

No
Then their photographic evidence Is useless - It cannot conclude It's your home In the photo.

Request a re-escalation on the grounds that their photos are Inconclusive for the above reason.

Have you now received a copy of the photo? If so, and there are no distinct markings or identifiers, be clear that this isn’t your home. Ask them to explain the discrepancy with the GPS.

They copy paste the same response

Hi Imogen,

Thanks for the pictures. It’s doesn’t show the door number! Also the tracking say received by K not @@. The tracking also states a different location than the GPS. All these information is quite conflicting. How can you say that it’s me N who has received the order ! I can’t see my house or me in the pictures ! Evans Cycles didn’t email even about the delivery or carrier trying to contact me , nothing . Now how come it’s my fault that the delivery was not correctly made. I please request you to sort out this issue.

Their response

As previously advised, a Senior member of our team has looked into your delivery dispute and has confirmed that due to the evidence provided by the courier we must reject your claim.

Our findings revealed that the bike was delivered on the 27/01/23 to @@ The delivery photo provided also shows this was left with the resident at an open door, and the GPS provided by the courier matches your address.

With this information, we are confident that the order was delivered compliantly and therefore cannot accept your claim.

I understand that this isn't the outcome you wanted, however, if you are still disputing your delivery we can only advise contacting your payment provider for further assistance.

If there's anything else that you need at all, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to help.

It could've been anyone's open door.

Did you tell them that the details In the photo do not correspond with your home?

So what?

GPS/tracking showing your address Is one thing, whether the driver did In fact drop off your package at that exact point In time, Is quite another. I've witnessed many drivers arriving at a given location, stopping for 30 seconds or so just to update the tracking, and then driving off with the package In hand. The same thing could've happened with your situation.

They haven’t avoided talking about the discrepancy in the tracking and GPS. Such bastards . They lie and make things up

I think you just need persevere - keep making the same point: you didn’t personally receive, wrong GPS and you don’t recognise the phone. When SE’ing you sometime just need to keep pressing the same points.
