Hi I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max  and it should be arriving today I’m planning to DNA it.Bought directly from apple.My question is,what if they require signature but I made it as if my house has nobody so they would just leave the package there.Would it be perfect to DNA it?

Unfortunately they had cctv footages and they confirmed that they had put in the phone in the box on their end and there’s nothing that they could do about it.Should I file a chargeback ? And when I do will it work on my favour?Because if I do,I don’t think I can return the phone anymore
