So yesterday, I decided to order two hoodies and a pair of shoes in hope of using the missing item method on the shoes. However, I was just notified that my order had been split up into two different packages. Since I can't use the missing item method now, what should I do?

You can always use the DNA method.

In a situation like this it is still entirely possible to do the DNA (Did not arrive) method. I've done this before. Since the order was separated into two packages though it's more important to focus on the way you talk to the rep to make the strange circumstance more believable. Some simple lines that make it easier to play the dumb card, could be anything from "I wasn't sure whether to call you guys or the carrier," to, "I just think it's strange that bothpackages never arrived, I'm not sure if this was a shipping issue or somehow it was never shipped. It's just weird." It's always good to acknowledge the situation as it is, and remember to be realistic about the whole thing.
But yes, continuing to use the DNA method is still valid. You just have to be smart about it.

DNA will work, only if both are delivered on same day.

Don't think it's going to be a home delivery, but rather a pickup delivery unfortunately. Still not a 100% sure though so I guess I'll have to wait and see. But incase it is a pickup delivery, do I claim EB instead?

Don't need the hoodies, just the shoes. So if the parcel with the shoes would arrive a few days later can I still claim DNA?

You're DNA'ing only the one package arriving on a given day, so It's fine.

If they deliver the package to a nearby store for me to pick up, can I still claim DNA or?

Does the store require ID on collection?

Also, do they have CCTV cameras In place?

Yeah unfortunately. However, I was just notified that the delivery would be delivered to my home address, but that a signature is required. Keep in mind that I'm 17 and legally not allowed to sign under something without the permission of my parents. So I was thinking of signing under with a made up signature, claim DNA and use the fact that I'm a minor against them if they use the signature to confirm the delivery's arrival.

What If the store didn’t require an ID collection and only requires for instance a 4 digit code (DPD)? Is there any way to claim DNA or use another suitable method?

Thanks
