Hey, so wanted to refund s23 Ultra with the pre order offer of free upgrade as its less money so less likely to get flagged, does anyone have any methods that work and any experience with them. Also is IMEI block a thing with them.

Depending on the store, you could try to do the wrong item recieved method. If I'm wrong, anyone feel free to correct me.

I could do any store tbh, I'm form the UK btw. I was thinking of doing samsung as I've read on here they dont block IMEI, Amazon does, and other companys check cctv. I was thinking of boxing.

Depending on where you are, some people are receiving it early. I should get mine by tomorrow but looks like I will end up returning it without even opening due to the difficult process. Not buying a $1,500 phone unless it goes on sale.

Tell me about it man, like phones used to be £500 and that was expensive. Here in the UK theres a cost of living crisis and these companys want more now . There's got to be a way to refund though surely

Good idea, don't know why I didn't think to use Amazon. Although I would be ordering from Amazon.de. Any issues with the return or you got it right away? Also, will it work with a fresh account?

Personally never refunded a phone from Amazon but I've heard from other threads here .de is the hardest to do and they block IMEI UK and De both block.

I used Amazon.de but on an aged account.
The refund took quite a long time but it worked.
