Received this:

"heyea, For security reason we won't be able to share the images however we have checked with the store thoroughly and all the discs were included in the package while dispatching your order. If there would have been any issue with the package then we would have investigated with the courier service and assisted you further, but since there is no damage on the package and the items were included by the store, therefore I'm afraid there is nothing much we can do in this matter. "

What is the next course of action here?

CeX is difficult to do because:

Items are dispatched from stores that have them in stock, not a distribution centre, and these stores are small and have a shit ton of cameras
They check every item thoroughly before they are shipped, and these cameras watch them behind the till

They are a pain to deal with but they are very keen on protecting their stock so my only suggestion would be to return it legit, you wouldn't win in this case
