Don't hit the DNA with Apple.

They'll claim they're not responsible for loss of goods In transit, and ask you to deal directly with the carrier. It can be a very lengthy and arduous claims process.

Seems like everyone is clear on not hitting apple for a DNA Biggrin I start to think it was a mistake that I just started to DNA them for 2x Macbook Order, which I ordered as a guest.

Apple can still be DNA'd, but (at times) they try and make It as difficult as possible by telling you to deal with the carrier.

You just need to push them to directly accept liability.

I will do my best to do so.
