havent been on in a while due to stopping SE'ing for a bit but here are my current experiences:
New balance - 130 refund took long due to UPS and i prob got lucky with DNA leading to missing package
Urban outfitters - 200 asked for a pr but i said i couldnt get one, recieved instant refund DNA
asos - 100 instant refund DNA
amazon - 80 DNA success / 130 otp EB asked for pr gave it to them but they were long and had proof for a charge back
north face - 80 DNA not a success due to brain dead reps.
this goes to show not all SE's will be successful

DPD said they delivered, i then escalated but north face just said the proof of delivery was good enough and denied the refund

How did you approach telling UO you could not file a PR? Did you do it in response to the email or via chat/call?

Try to order north face from 3rd party retailers such as REI, they are more lenient

how did you tell urban you couldn't get a PR?

Just placed an Urban Outfitters order - I'll attempt to DNA.
