I think most sites ship TV's as freight after a certain size, which then involves more checks during shipping I'd imagine, the rule I've seen is under 65''

for televisions, I always do the same thing: I buy a broken model on Facebook marketplace for ~100$ and I order the same model on Amazon to make a swap
I exchange the labels (using a hair dryer to remove them easily)

no problem, even with a 6000$ 85" model
works relatively well with Samsung QLEDs, they all look the same and there are many on the market that are broken

Beautiful!
Does the hair drier always work?

yes, it heats up the glue so the label comes off easily without damaging it
it doesn't work on thermal labels because they become black but there are no thermal labels on TVs

also, put all the protections of the new TV on the broken one

Do you buy a tv with the screen broken or more like internal damages without anything that can be seen on the outside ?
