Hello everyone, I made an order of 244 euros just now which would be delivered on the 27th or 28th at my home (it seems that UPS is in charge of the delivery).
It's the first time I'm dealing with a company except Asos or Nike.
Does anyone have more info on customer service and the difficulty in triggering a refund? I would like to try a DNA.
I checked their terms and conditions, and there is no indication that they are not responsible for the lost package.
How do I contact them? By email, chat or twitter (I heard they were responsive), and do they trigger the refund instantly or not?

A&F was quite easy, just contact them through chat and say track and trace says it is delivered but you haven't received anything yet
