Hello. Has anyone had experience with MYTHERESA for sunglasses? I’m thinking of trying EB (note: previously done Sunglasses Hut, RayBan and Oakley 🤣 so looking for a new store). Other suggestions welcome 👌

Yeah I done them after sunglasses hut and rayban too. Took ages to resolve. They made me fill out a form and then told me that after checking weights and scans that all was correct. I waited a week. Told them I was contacting police and opening a claim with pp. They immediately folded and appoligised. Told me it was lost in transit and refunded me

I did EB with each of them. They don’t share or connect info between the companies.
