background info: planning to use my main apple id (6 years old), never refunded a physical item on apple before
considering DNA or EB on the MB Air M2 Chip ($1199). i've done some research and found that it's a basically 50/50 chance depending on the representative and my SE skills, either way i would like yall's insight on this, thanks.

Are you uk based? If so best off trying Amazon filling in a PR or Argos

Did you mean to say Amazon? I don't believe Argos ships to the US atm
I'm also considering going with an Apple Watch Ultra instead and claiming EB, lmk what you think.
EB on watch ultra worked me two times (based on two times so basically 100%) on two different amz domains

What was the process like
One time during prm day, contacted in chat and was istant
Another time, due to barrier language they understand that instead of EB i was claiming DNA and told me to wait three days. After three days i contacted again telling that i did not find the item and they refunded
