Argos does have CCTV but given you'd be claiming the watch was missing from the box, the cameras are useless - they cannot Identify what's Inside the box.

Update: Argos is easy to manipulate for resealed items of the same weight
1. live chat and reason for return. Setup collection date.
2. driver picks up product.
3. refund within 5 days for credit card.

Still not sure about checks for items. Some inside knowledge of the returns department for Argos would be a big help.

Had a genuine reason for returning unopened ps5. They opened every single part, Controllers cables the lot. I said how are you going to sell it now. They said we just return to Sony.

i find that card is way quicker for a refund. paypal can take ages if you can wait.
