Some name themselves boxers, but are also refunders who provide support for the majority of methods.

wait a minute ... so they are external individuals like me and you but they just can do a better job when boxing ? i thought these people were within the company it self whether if it was a worker with the courier or in the company warehouse so he kinda make sure order is lit after offcourse getting paid to do this ...

Anyone can be a boxer/refunder, but evidently you'd need to know how to effectively service your clients.
